The Discovery Center (Genius Loci) - Site Analysis, Site Response & Design Concept

In our tutorial team of groups of 15-16, we had to conduct a site analysis of our given site. We had to extract the tangible and intangible elements of the site to develop guidelines on how to design the Tanjung Tuan Recreational Forest Discovery Center with the site conditions in less than 2 weeks.

Reflection

Project 2A was an intense, 2 week long period to somehow complete 5 detailed tasks effectively in a large group of people. Although i purposely chose not to lead this time around, I found myself delegating tasks and ensuring everything was on track. It was a fun, yet chaotic time where we all really got to work together and know each other better. It was interesting to see how much more in depth we had to go in this site analysis compared to semester 2. Overall, i enjoyed completing project 2a.
