Project 2 : Exterior & Interior Renderings

This project involved producing photorealistic renders of our Revit model from the previous project using 3DS Max. We incorporated appropriate materials, camera angles, & post-production enhancements to elevate our visual outcomes.

Reflection

I had quite a struggle installing 3DS Max onto my device and ended up using my brother's laptop to complete this project. This project was due right before our studio final so i completed it early to get it out of the way. 3DS Max has a similar interface to other softwares i use such as Rhino, so it was relatively easy to get the hang of it. I was quite shocked at how long renderings took! My final renderings for interior and exterior took 1-2 hours to render. Overall, this was a fun and insightful project that taught me relevant skills for the rest of my degree.
