We had to choose two case studies on the use of passive sustainable design principles within an architectural project in groups of 4-5 people; one from a tropical climate region and one from another climatic region. We had to identify and compare the passive design principles used in both case studies, which include site planning, day lighting, façade design, natural ventilation, and strategic landscaping.
