Sustainable Systems in Cities

For Assignment 1, we were expected to comprehend the notion of flood resilience in sustainable cities. The word ‘sustainability’ has become a popular buzzword, but its true meaning may have become overgeneralised. As such, this assignment challenged us to conduct a deeper understanding of what a sustainable city is and the importance of becoming more sustainable, especially in the context of natural disasters such as floods.
